• We accept minor alterations as long as the item purchased is not worn, not washed, not changed or damaged in any way. Kindly notify us via WhatsApp if you require any alterations.
• Major alteration such as adding details, changing height if the heels, or fabrication and beadwork is not allowed.
• Alteration is not valid after 7 days upon successful delivery. Postage in the event of a return is to be born by the buyer.
