Return or Exchange Policy:

• Shop online:  Customers are allowed to exchange sizes with the same design only upon 3 days receiving the items (depending on size availability) . We will not entertain any request for exchange / return  / refund after 3 days. Exchange and returning process will take 14 working day to process. If you purchased online, customers are not allowed to exchange / return at any of our physical stores. 
• Charges (return and delivery) will be bare by customer. During peak season, we will not allowed customers to exchange sizes, please refer to the sizing chart.
