Exchanges for the same design are allowed within 3 days of receipt, subject to size availability. Processing time for exchanges and returns is 14 working days. Online purchases cannot be exchanged or returned at physical stores. Customers are responsible for return/delivery charges. Please refer to the sizing chart before purchasing.

Please note that customers will receive Lumi Bag on 20th February 2025 onwards. Enjoy your new pieces ahead of the collection’s release.
