1. Rico Rinaldi Return Policy

You can return an item within 3 days of receiving it, whether you bought it from our website (www.ricorinaldi.com) or any of our physical stores. Once we receive the returned item, we’ll process it within 14 working days. Refunds will be completed within 7 working days after that.

ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE

  • Items must be returned in original condition: undamaged, unsoiled, unwashed, unaltered, and unworn.
  • Include original product packaging, price tags, and labels.
  • Clothing & bags: Returns and exchanges are only for items from the current collection. Off season and discounted items are not applicable
  • If the item is out of stock or has a defect, we will offer the customer either store credit or a full refund.
  • Note: Only one return or exchange per order ID/receipt.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE

  • Accessories such as shawls (including selendang) and brooches.
  • All type of shoes unless there is a manufacturing defect or parcel processing error.
  • Items damaged due to wrong washing, storing, or ironing methods.
  • Pre-order items, sale items, off-season collection, AS-IS or purchases made with discount coupons.
  • Damaged, soiled, washed, altered, or worn items.
  • Colour differences may occur due to lighting, monitor settings, and other factors. Items cannot be exchanged due to these differences.
  • Orders purchased outside our online platforms or boutiques. (such as TikTok, Shopee, or any unauthorized websites).
  • During peak seasons: Hari raya Aidilfitri, Hari Raya Haji, Labour Day, Malaysia Day, National day, New Year, Agong’s Birthday

  • Return request must be made within 3 days from the arrival of the package (local and overseas delivery).
  • Item must not be damagedwashed, stained or altered.
  • Item must be in original condition with price tag and label attached.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • Charges (return and delivery) will be bare by customer.

IN-STORES PURCHASES

  • Item and proof of purchase must be presented at the cashier counter.
  • Return request must be made within 3 days from the purchase date.
  • Item must be in original condition with price tag and label attached.
  • Item must not be damagedwashed, stainedor altered.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

2. REFUND

Customers are entitled to a full refund or store credit in the following cases:

  • The parcel received has missing item.
  • The item received are faulty or damaged.
  • The item ordered are out of stock.
  • The requested exchange item is out of stock.

Please note: Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 7-14 working days.
