- Do not bleach. Preferably wash with hand. For outfits with beads and embellishment suggested not to use washing machine.

Exchange and Returns:
- Tag much be attached and item is in an unwashed, unaltered (in any form) and unworn condition, returns will be accepted if delivered back within: Three (3) days of receiving your order
- To exchange sizes, or return your items please notify us once you have receive the parcel. Once we have confirm the stock is available, you're allowed to exchange size, kindly deliver back to us.
- You will have to pay the costs of deliveries, return and taxes if imposed. You will be refunded in the form of Store Credit of the value of items bought. Store credit can be used to make future purchases through our website in limited time line.
- If the item does not fit, you can always WhatsApp us to exchange the item to another size, subject to our stock availability with the same collection only . If we do not have the preferred size in stock, we will give you store credit of the item value.
- Sale and markdown items are non-returnable and non exchangeable.
- Items that are damaged, marked or altered or without price tag may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
- Items under the essential (face mask) category are non-returnable
- Pre-Order items are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-returnable
- Photos were taken with various angle of studio lightings, colors of the actual products might be slightly different.
- Shop online: Customers are allowed to exchange sizes with the same design only upon 3 days receiving the items (depending on size availability) . We will not entertain any request for exchange / return / refund after 3 days. Exchange and returning process will take 14 working day to process. If you purchased online, customers are not allowed to exchange / return at any of our physical stores.
- Charges (return and delivery) will be bare by customer. We prefer if you can walk in to our HQ (Bangi Sentral) to exchange size. During peak season, we will not allowed customers to exchange sizes, please refer to the sizing chart.
